These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the American Auto Group website and the brokerage services we provide. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

American Auto Group is a licensed New York Automobile Broker. We are not a motor vehicle dealership. American Auto Group does not provide warranty repair services or vehicle repair services. New York Automobile Broker Registration # 7124277

As a broker, we arrange vehicle lease and finance transactions between you and third-party dealers, lenders, and financial institutions. We are not a party to the lease or finance contract you ultimately sign.

2. No offer of credit

Nothing on this website is an offer or commitment to lease, sell, or finance a vehicle. Advertised specials are illustrative, subject to availability and change without notice, and depend on credit approval, vehicle availability, and lender terms. All applicants must satisfy all lender criteria in order to obtain credit. Not all applicants, including pre-approved applicants, will qualify.

3. Pricing and specials

Payments shown exclude taxes, title, registration, bank fees, dealer fees, and other charges unless expressly stated. Mileage allowances, terms, and amounts due at signing vary by offer. Final figures are those stated in the contract you sign with the dealer or lender.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you provide — including through the credit application — is true, accurate, and submitted for the purpose of obtaining credit. You authorize us to forward your application to lenders, financial institutions, or other third parties in order to process it. Handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Communications

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; we may still contact you about an active transaction.

6. Third-party services and links

Insurance, wheel and tire coverage, body-shop work, and financing are provided by third parties. We may broker or arrange those services, but the contracting party is the provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using automated tools to submit forms. Content on this site is owned by American Auto Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Auto Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published on it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
